The gite is arranged as an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchenette and benefits from the following facilities:
 Lounge area
The Lounge area provides comfortable seating for 6 people and includes a settee that converts to a double bed. There is a television with both French (5 channels) and English (Freeview channels) and a DVD player. There is a small but varied selection of books available to guests along with several board games.
Dining area
The dining area includes a table and chairs to allow for 6 people to eat comfortably. There is a sideboard and extensive up-to-date local tourist information.
Kitchenette
The recently refurbished kitchenette comprises of a gas oven and hob, refridgerator, microwave oven and other essentials such as a kettle and coffee perculator! Guests also have their own access to the rear garden that also provides access to a washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes airer. Off the kitchenette is a shower room with shower hydro- spa, hand basin and separate toilet.
 Upstairs
The upstairs of the Gite has a mezzanine floor with two single beds, chest of drawers and hanging space. This area leads to a separate double bedroom with double bed, 2 chests of drawers and hanging space. A cot is also available on request. Quilts, pillows and bed linens and towels are provided for 6 persons.
Under 5s equipment
Travel cot with mattress, quilt, pillow, sheet, quilt cover and pillowcase. Pushchair with rainhood; highchair; baby bath; potty, child toilet seat and step stool; changing mat; stair gate; 2 bed guards; baby seat for swing. Baby ring for swimming pool.
Outside
The Gite's extensive, secluded gardens are available to guests. Also available is a garden table and chairs, garden loungers, parasols, gas barbeque. Garden games include a double swing, table tennis table, badminton, boules, mini football net, mini snooker table and a croquet set. New for 2010 is an climbing frame with slide. For the warmer days, there is an 18' x 12' above ground swimming pool. (Available June to September.)
* All swings and climbing frames are for the use of children 12 years and under.
** We regret that smoking is not permitted inside the gite and pets are not allowed on site at all.
